My fave peanutty snack...

I always make the mistake of forgetting to eat breakfast and then wonder why I'm so hungry throughout the day. If I'm in a hurry or just feeling plain lazy, I end up with some generic chocolate coated biscuit or something equally as unhealthy, but I've found my perfect health-conscious snack...!

Peanut butter spread on caramel Snack-a-Jacks!




It doesn't sound terribly healthy but Ive discovered the greatest peanut butter of all time: Meridian. It's 100% peanuts with no crap like the other ones, which means it separates in the jar. It tastes of just pure, crushed peanuts and is quite runny with small chunks in it.


I don't think I'd like it on toast as it's not as sweet as other peanut based spreads, but over the caramel Snack-a-Jack, it's the perfect balance.

It's surprisingly filling so one usually does the trick. Give it a go!
