Nail of the Day: Deep Dark Forest!

Deep Dark Forest nails! (Yes, that is a tattoo!)

My first Nail of the Day post! I've deliberately never done one of these because I have horribly dry and nasty cuticles, and my nails are so short due to them being really bendy. Yesterday I painted my nails like this on both hands though, and I reaaaaaalllyyyyy like it!

Both nail varnishes are by No7, the teal being Stay Perfect in shade 'Totally Teal 330', and the brown being Speed Dry in shade 'Beanie 03'.

Both of these appear pretty streaky after just one coat, but then look pretty good with 2 coats. Neither of these have shimmer and they have a thin but shiny finish. The photo was taken after one day of wear!

As for painting my index and little finger a different colour from the rest of my nails, I quite like it. It's different.
