I am in move with moisturising lip products at the moment however I don't actually own an awful lot, meaning I've been sheering out some of my lipsticks into more of a lip tint. I stumbled across this combo and fell in love with it! It was so difficult to photograph it with any kind of likeness to what it actually looks like so I had to edit the photo a little to make it more close to life.
This look is created by using a thick and buttery lip balm and then applying Revlon's Super Lustrous Lipstick in Va Va Violet. Alone, this lipstick is far too dark and scary for me but when it's sheered out it just gives a gorgeous stain that looks just a little vampy, and as if you're been eating berries for hours!
As for the formulation of the lipstick, I can't really comment as I've never worn it opaquely.
