I was in the market for a new liquid liner after my previous one dried up, and stumbled across this (and the original one). I bought it in Black Amethyst for hazel eyes even though that I have blue eyes as I find purple to look more flattering than the navy colour they were offering as the blue eyes version.

The Liner has a long 'handle'(?) which makes it easy to apply steadily. The applicator is plastic and nicely flexible. This makes for a great everyday fast application and will provide a medium thickness line with no effort at all.

As for the luminizing properties of it, I can't exactly comment on whether it would brighten hazel eyes as mine are blue! I think it looks lovely on my eyes and makes the blue look a bit deeper. Once applied, you can tell it is purple and it contains a small amount of 'micro' shimmer in it that is definitely flattering.

The formula isn't too wet or too dry and it does not smudge or flake once applied. It's super long lasting and I would recommend this to anyone.
This is available anywhere that L'oreal products are sold for £6.50. I purchased this myself.
