Review: Make Up Academy Lipstick No.13!

I have far too many lipsticks, so here's another lipstick review.... Make Up Academy (MUA) is a £1 range available at Superdrug. Initially it was a pretty small collection but it's expanded. I have a number of different products by them but today's post is about their lipstick in number 13.

The packaging looks a bit cheap but for £1, I'm not going to complain! The best thing about it is the end of the lipstick actually contains some of the product so you can see the shade of it. The lid doesn't fall off but it is a little on the looser side so beware...

Make Up Academy MUA Lipstick 13 Swatch

As you can see from the swatch, the formula is beautifully creamy and super pigmented. It is one of the best formulas I've seen in the drugstore for a long time, and for only a pound! The shade is a perfect red lips colour that I cannot fault. It goes beautifully with my pale complexion, but I also think it would work nicely on darker skin tones or with a tan.

It's so moisturising and makes your lips look lovely and plumped up. I totally recommend checking out their lipstick range and this lipstick if you are looking for a red lipstick. Next time I stop by Superdrug I will be picking up a few more!
